This role is responsible for translating Shield AI’s mission, technology, and perspective into compelling, timely, and responsible content that resonates with diverse audiences including customers, partners, employees, policymakers, talent, and the broader ecosystem. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role that sits at the center of the communications team. You will work closely with Global Communications and Marketing, Government Relations, executives, and technical subject-matter experts to move at the speed of social while exercising sound judgment in complex, high-stakes environments. Why This Role Matters Social media is a critical front door to how Shield AI is understood globally. This role will shape real-time perception of the company and its technology, often in fast-moving, nuanced, or sensitive moments. The Social Media Manager will help ensure Shield AI shows up with clarity, credibility, and consistency across platforms while remaining agile, relevant, and human.
