We're building the next hyperscaler for AI agents.👉 About the roleYou will be building the next cloud platform for running AI software — a cloud where AI apps are building other software apps.Your job will be:Designing and building the E2B backend and core infrastructure, primarily in GoWorking with VM hypervisors like Firecracker, gVisor, or Linux systemsBuilding and optimizing runtimes and sandboxes for LLMsDeveloping networking solutions for secure, isolated environmentsMonitoring resources and optimizing sandbox performance, shaving off every millisecondSolving general infrastructure challenges at scaleWorking with orchestration technologies like Kubernetes or NomadCollaborating closely with Distributed Systems EngineersWe’re looking for an infrastructure engineer with a diabolical obsession with making things run fast and efficiently and running A LOT of them at the same time.If this sounds exciting to you, we want to hear from you!👉 What we’re looking for5+ years building infrastructure, especially distributed systems5+ years of Linux administration - knowledge of Linux fundamentals: bootloader, kernel, package management, networking, storage, namespaces, containersProgramming experience in Go, Rust, Python, Ruby, C or similarExperience building and operating infrastructure at scaleExcited to work in person from Prague on a devtool productDetail-oriented with great taste in design and engineeringComfortable working closely with usersProactive, not afraid to take ownership of part of the productExcited to take projects from 0 → 1 with the support of the team👉 What it’s like to work at E2BWork at a fast-growing startup at an early team (we grow 20%-100% MoM)We ship fast, but don’t release junkWe like hard work and problems.
