<p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p>We’re hiring a People Services Coordinator to support both Recruiting Coordination and People Services as part of our People team in San Francisco. This is an execution‑focused role that plays a critical part in delivering a smooth candidate and employee experience. This role is a blended position supporting both Recruiting Coordination and People Services work. You’ll work closely with a team of peers and partners across the People team, with clear processes, defined escalation paths, and strong team support.</p> <p>The starting hourly rate offered for this role and target level of experience will begin at $31.25 and up to $43.27. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience. </p> <p><strong>In this role, you can expect to:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Support recruiting scheduling using tools such as GoodTime and Google Calendar</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage job postings in Greenhouse</p> </li> <li> <p>Greet and escort candidates onsite to support a positive in‑person interview experience</p> </li> <li> <p>Communicate clearly with candidates and internal stakeholders to provide updates and flag blockers</p> </li> <li> <p>Support People Services by responding to employee inquiries through Jira and assisting with employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, data changes, and terminations in Workday</p> </li> <li> <p>Follow documented processes carefully, maintain accurate records, and contribute to keeping documentation up to date</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>To thrive in this role, you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>1-3 years of experience as a People Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, or similar role supporting recruiting coordination and/or HR operations</p> </li> <li> <p>Hands-on experience working in People or recruiting systems; Workday experience required, with Greenhouse and GoodTime preferred</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</p> </li> <li> <p>Clear written and verbal communication skills with a service‑oriented mindset when supporting employees and candidates</p> </li> <li> <p>Comfort learning new tools, systems, and workflows</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to follow established processes, apply policies consistently, and recognize when escalation is needed</p> </li> <li> <p>A high level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information</p> </li> <li> <p>A team-oriented mindset and comfort working in a tiered service delivery model that emphasizes collaboration and collective ownership</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience working in an HR shared services environment</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Jira, and Google Workspace</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment</p> </li> <li> <p>Comfort using AI‑enabled tools and openness to more efficient ways of completing repetitive tasks</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>What makes this role unique</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>You’ll partner across the People team, gaining exposure to different Centers of Expertise and specialty areas while building a practical understanding of how the People organization operates</p> </li> <li> <p>You’ll gain hands-on experience with core People and recruiting systems like Workday and Greenhouse, while developing a practical understanding of how day-to-day HR operations are supported across the organization</p> </li> <li> <p>You’ll be part of a People Services team that is continuing to scale, offering opportunities to build experience as support needs grow and processes mature</p> </li> </ul> <p>#LI-Hybrid #LI-MM1</p><div class="content-conclusion"><h2><strong>A little about us</strong></h2> <p>At Chime, we believe that everyone can achieve financial progress.
