Senior Program Manager, EPMO

<h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3> <p>Chime is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO), supporting the execution of high-priority, high-visibility, cross functional initiatives that shape Chime’s strategic direction. This role acts as a "GM for hire," spearheading a portfolio of transformative programs across the organization, handpicked as mission critical by our C-Suite. If you thrive in ambiguity, love solving hard problems, and have a track record of cross-functional impact, this is your chance to progress business strategy at one of the fastest-growing companies in FinTech.</p> <p>The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $138,000 and up to $190,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.</p> <h3><strong>In this role, you can expect to:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Be self-driven and drive end-to-end ownership of cross-cutting strategic, cross-functional projects and programs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment</li> <li>Effectively turn ambiguity into clear structure with minimal oversight</li> <li>Proactively plan against changing circumstances and risks</li> <li>Build influential big picture storylines and communicate these narratives to build buy-in, adoption and drive results </li> <li>Partner directly with senior leaders and cross functional teams to drive accountability, accelerate progress, solve hard scaling initiatives, and incubate new programs and processes to drive scalability, increase velocity, and progress our business strategy</li> </ul> <h3><strong>To thrive in this role, you have:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>A Bachelor's Degree, with 8+ years of experience in a strategy, business operations, program management, and/or consulting role.</li> <li>Exceptional ability devising simple, scalable solutions to complex problems, complemented by outstanding project and program management skills</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication with a proven track record of effectively interacting with and presenting to C-Suite and Senior leaders across different teams, such as product, engineering, and marketing</li> <li>Demonstrated success in highly cross-functional settings and ability to thrive in influence without authority environments</li> <li>Ownership mentality, with the ability to identify and solve challenges independently and execute with minimal guidance, including proactive risk identification and mitigation strategies.</li> <li>Strong planning, prioritization, and multi-workstream management skills</li> <li>Eagerness to leverage AI to enable you Chime to work smarter, faster and more efficiently </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Deep experience improving cross-functional operations and scaling systems</li> <li>Skilled at managing multiple workstreams and navigating change</li> <li>Demonstrated impact in influence-without-authority environments</li> </ul> <p>#LI-MM1 </p><div class="content-conclusion"><h2><strong>A little about us</strong></h2> <p>At Chime, we believe that everyone can achieve financial progress.
