If you’re ready to be at the epicenter of this historic cultural and financial shift, keep reading.</p></div><h2><strong>About the team:</strong></h2> <p>We’re looking for a Finance Strategy Manager to serve as a strategic partner to the Crypto Institutional Commercial organization. In this role, you will influence senior leaders through rigorous financial analysis, structured problem solving, and actionable insights. You’ll operate in a fast-moving, evolving environment and help drive clarity around performance, investment decisions, and growth strategy. This role requires strong financial acumen, advanced modeling capabilities, deep experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and performance measurement. You will also own and scale commissions program management to ensure accurate tracking, goal-setting and alignment with business objectives.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have proven experiences in past roles influencing business leaders and supporting decision making. Success in this role requires comfort with ambiguity, the ability to work across highly interdependent teams, and a focus on driving both strategic and tactical outcomes. This role has regular interaction with senior leadership at Robinhood and therefore requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.</p> <h2>What you’ll do day-to-day:</h2> <ul> <li>Act as the primary finance partner to senior Business Development, and Marketing leaders, providing strategic guidance on investment decisions, capacity planning, and long-term growth prioritization.</li> <li>Lead strategic and financial planning processes—including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and multi-year long-range plans—ensuring alignment with revenue targets and organizational objectives.</li> <li>Partner with Commercial leadership on goal-setting, territory and revenue planning, and performance tracking to ensure targets are financially grounded and operationally achievable.</li> <li>Own and manage commissions forecasting and accruals, ensuring accurate modeling of variable compensation expense and clear visibility into performance vs. plan.</li> <li>Prepare and update revenue and expense forecasts; partner closely with business stakeholders to communicate performance vs. budget/forecast and identify data-driven action plans.</li> <li>Evaluate go-to-market investments, marketing spend efficiency, partnership opportunities, and pricing strategies through rigorous financial modeling and scenario analysis.</li> <li>Synthesize complex financial and operational data into clear executive-ready insights; highlight performance trends, emerging risks, and growth opportunities with actionable recommendations.</li> </ul> <h2>About you:</h2> <ul> <li>B.A. in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field</li> <li>8+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Strategy, Consulting, Investment Banking, or a related analytical role, including 3+ years directly supporting Business Development, Commercial, Sales, or Marketing leaders</li> <li>Strong project management skills and ability to work independently and operate in a fast-paced dynamic environment </li> <li>Excellent analytical financial modeling, forecasting skills, and the business judgment to balance the details while not losing sight of the big picture</li> <li>Ability to influence decisions through effective verbal and written comms, logical reasoning, and the presentation of alternatives</li> <li>High proficiency in Excel and Google Suite, and interest in developing advanced queryi ...
