We’re seeking a creative, organized, passionate and versatile leader to support the global Communications team that is developing compelling year-round campaigns and helping to insert Airbnb into a wide range of pop culture conversations. </p> <p><strong>The Difference You Will Make:</strong></p> <p>We’re seeking an experienced and versatile Influencer Lead to support the LATAM communications team that is building visibility and advancing awareness for the unique benefits and proximity to culture that traveling on Airbnb offers.</p> <p>In this role, you will be responsible for building a regional influencer strategy, aligning with global priorities and guidelines and supporting local country teams in acheiving their goals. You will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing compelling stories and campaigns, ensuring that Airbnb remains at the forefront of audience consciousness. This role entails inspiring discovery, elevating consideration, and fostering advocacy for the brand. The ideal candidate will take charge of working with local teams to develop and implement a dynamic social influencer program designed to align seamlessly with overarching communications objectives and campaigns across a spectrum of platforms, including TikTok, Instagram and Youtube, specifically for the LATAM market</p> <p>The ideal candidate is curious, engaged, positive, detail and solution-oriented. The world and our industry is changing quickly so the ideal candidate will be comfortable with responding promptly and changing course as needed when priorities evolve and shift.<span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><br></span></p> <p><strong>A Typical Day:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the development and implementation of a regional advanced social influencer strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners to establish ambitious goals and define influencer roles.</li> <li>Work with local country teams to cultivate and manage relationships with social-first content creators and influencers.</li> <li>Help oversee external agencies across the entire region, to foster an environment that inspires and facilitates authentic storytelling, and ensures the delivery of best-in-class content.</li> <li>Conduct comprehensive research on influencer insights, delving into target audience behaviors and preferences, and staying abreast of emerging trends to inform influencer selection and content strategies.</li> <li>Play a pivotal role in identifying trends, opportunities, and social conversations, leveraging insights to execute timely strategies.</li> <li>Implement a sophisticated approach to monitoring, tracking, managing, and analyzing influencer campaigns, utilizing advanced analytics tools such as CreatorIQ ,Sprinklr, etc</li> <li>Provide expert consultation on local influencer strategies, offering best practices and ensuring alignment with global strategies and campaigns.</li> <li>Stay ahead of industry advancements and integrate innovative technologies and tools into influencer management processes, enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall impact of influencer campaigns.</li> <li>Establish the brand and the influencer management team as thought leaders in the industry.</li> <li>Foster strategic partnerships and collabor ...
