Through the creation of data-driven reports and innovative process automation, this position will drive informed decision-making and operational innovation. Additionally, by addressing tooling and process challenges with expert solutions and providing adaptable project support, the role will ensure operational excellence and contribute to the broader success of the organization.</p> <p><strong>A Typical Day</strong> </p> <p>As a key member of the operations team, you will leverage conceptual knowledge of principles, practices, and methodologies within an operational focus area, applying expertise across various workflows. Your role requires a combination of job-related training and extensive on-the-job experience to drive efficiency and effectiveness in daily operations.</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Operational Subject Matter Expert:</strong> Serve as the go-to expert on operational processes, leading the resolution of highly complex and ambiguous problems. Provide strategic guidance and mentorship across multiple teams and business units, leveraging broad and deep functional expertise to inform decisions and drive business impact.</li> <li><strong>Leverage AI and Automation:</strong> Champion the use of AI-driven tools and automation to optimize workflows, enhance data management, and streamline onboarding and daily operations. Identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, accuracy and the overall customer and partner experience.</li> <li><strong>Strategic Process Optimization:</strong> Lead the identification, design, and implementation of innovative process improvements for onboarding, data management, and cross-team collaboration.
