Join us to create innovative solutions that propel advertising technology forward, impacting billions of global ad experiences while ensuring privacy and compliance.</p> <p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Designing, implementing, and maintaining SDKs that collect high-quality behavioral and contextual signals from client applications such as mobile, desktop, and Unity.</li> <li>Establishing and promoting instrumentation standards to ensure high-quality data collection for machine learning systems.</li> <li>Collaborating with multi-functional teams, including ML scientists, data engineers, and product managers, to adapt SDKs to evolving ML needs.</li> <li>Developing tools and frameworks to validate, monitor, and test collected data in production environments.</li> <li>Partnering with privacy and legal teams to ensure compliance with global regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA, while prioritizing user consent.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong proficiency in client application platforms like iOS, Android, Unity, or C++.</li> <li>Proven track record in event-based data collection, telemetry, and analytics frameworks.</li> <li>Experience in data preprocessing and quality assurance for machine learning pipelines.</li> <li>Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and signal gating.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in multi-functional teams and lead initiatives across SDK, infrastructure, and ML platform teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>You might also have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of real-time and batch data pipelines like Kafka, Flink, or Spark, aligning with our value of "Best Ideas Win."</li> <li>Expertise in privacy techniques, consent management, or differential privacy, reflecting our commitment to "Users First."</li> <li>Experience in ad tech or monetization systems, demonstrating the value of "Go Bold" in driving impactful solutions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional information</strong></p> <ul> <li>Relocation support is not available for this position</li> <li>Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this position</li> </ul> <p><strong>Life at Unity</strong><br>We offer a wide range of benefits designed to support employees' well-being and work-life balance.
