This role will lead the planning and orchestration of integrated campaigns that unite the entire marketing organization around strategic themes, key activations, and growth goals.</p> <p>This is a highly cross-functional leadership position responsible for operationalizing campaigns across all major marketing functions, ensuring alignment with revenue teams, and guiding audiences toward actions that create measurable business impact. The role will shape how Coalition reaches, engages, and converts priority audiences across the full funnel.</p> </div> <h4>Responsibilities</h4> <ul> <li>Develop, maintain, and operationalize a campaign theme calendar for key audiences with full alignment from Product Marketing and Content</li> <li>Champion Coalition’s priority audiences by deeply understanding their needs, influencing segmentation strategies, and guiding teams on how to reach them more effectively</li> <li>Own and execute the multi-channel campaign strategy, setting full-funnel goals and ensuring the right mix of channels to maximize reach and impact</li> <li>Rally large cross-functional groups—PMM, Content, Creative, Growth, RevOps, and Sales—around unified campaign plans and activations</li> <li>Optimize channel investment to ensure efficient, high-impact audience engagement</li> <li>Provide analytics, reporting, and insights to drive continuous campaign improvement</li> </ul> <h4>Skills and Qualifications</h4> <ul> <li>8–10 years of experience in Integrated Campaigns, Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, ABM, or Field Marketing</li> <li>Experience leading campaigns at a growing company and operating at scale</li> <li>Strong understanding of multi-channel GTM motions, audience segmentation, and campaign orchestration</li> <li>Excellent communication and project management skills; proven ability to rally large cross-functional teams</li> <li>Strong analytics and campaign performance reporting skills</li> </ul> <h4>Bonus Points</h4> <ul> <li>Familiarity with IT buyers or the insurance market</li> <li>Experience working closely with Product Marketing and Sales organizations</li> <li>Background in omnichannel orchestration and full-funnel optimization</li> </ul> <h4>Compensation</h4> <p>As a remote-first organization, our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several Canadian geographic markets. </p> <p>In Alberta, British Columbia Ontario the base salary for this position ranges from $128,000/year up to $160,000/year. </p> <p>For all other locations, the base salary for this position ranges from $115,200/year up to $144,000/year.</p> <p>Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors, which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location.
