This is a highly execution-oriented role for someone who likes to own problems, move fast, and get things done—even when the path forward isn’t obvious.</p> <p>You’ll be at the center of interview orchestration, candidate experience, and operational excellence across the People Talent organization. This role is ideal for an early-career operator who thrives on creating momentum and impact, and who wants to grow into a broader Talent role over time.</p> <p>You’ll work cross-functionally with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Marketing, and People partners, helping define how Coalition attracts, engages, and supports top talent globally. <strong>We’re seeking someone based in an East Coast time zone to support stakeholders across Europe and the U.S.</strong></p> <h4><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Responsibilities</span></h4> <ul> <li>Own end-to-end interview coordination across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience for candidates and interview teams.</li> <li>Act as a trusted, proactive partner to Recruiters and Hiring Managers—anticipating scheduling challenges, resolving issues quickly, and keeping processes moving forward.</li> <li>Serve as the frontline owner of Talent Operations requests, triaging and resolving Jira tickets related to interview logistics, systems, and role setup in line with SLAs.</li> <li>Maintain a clean, accurate, and reliable Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and smooth handoffs across the hiring lifecycle.</li> <li>Follow, reinforce, and continuously improve coordination playbooks, communication standards, and operational workflows.</li> <li>Partner with Marketing to support employer branding initiatives, including social media, careers site content, and talent attraction projects.</li> <li>Actively identify opportunities to improve efficiency through tooling, automation, and process improvements—especially through responsible use of AI-enabled tools.</li> <li>Stay curious and current on emerging Talent and AI tools, contributing to lightweight enablement and best practices for the team.</li> </ul> <h4><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Who You Are </span></h4> <ul> <li>A self-starter and problem solver who doesn’t wait to be told what to do—you see gaps, propose solutions, and execute.</li> <li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts without dropping the ball.</li> <li>Comfortable operating in ambiguity and finding solutions even when constraints or challenges arise.</li> <li>Energized by supporting others and delivering a great experience, while holding a high bar for accuracy, professionalism, and follow-through.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Skills and Qualifications </strong></h4> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in Operations, Recruiting coordination or a related role.</li> <li>Experience coordinating interviews and managing complex calendars across multiple time zones (U.S. and Europe).</li> <li>At least 1 year of hands-on experience with an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse).</li> <li>Clear, professional communicator who builds trust with candidates and stakeholders and handles confidential information with discretion.</li> <li>Strong operational instincts with a bias for action and execution in fast-paced env ...
