Our commitment to building and innovating in the AI space provides the framework intended to drive smarter decision making and enhance how we build and operate our platforms and applications.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage and respond to access requests for users across the firm</li> <li>Oversee the accurate and timely completion of access requests for applications, operating systems, and maintain role based access control (RBAC)</li> <li>Document and maintain procedures</li> <li>Perform access reviews and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks and violations</li> <li>Produce regular reporting for management and various oversight functions</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for user access and entitlements</li> <li>Ensure GSA governance standards are applied for account creation across the firm</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM processes with other security systems and applications</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for user access and entitlements</li> <li>Create, modify, and terminate user accounts, roles, and entitlements in accordance with established policies and procedures</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>What’s REQUIRED</strong></p> <ul> <li>4-6 years of access management or systems administration experience as an Information Security Administrator in a financial services firm</li> <li>Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts, principles, and best practices</li> <li>Skilled in SQL, MS Office Suite, Privileged Access Management, and Active Directory</li> <li>Proficiency in managing and provisioning entitlements within IAM platforms such as Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), SailPoint IdentityIQ, Okta Identity Cloud, CyberArk Privileged Access Security, and/or Ping Identity</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate within a dynamic and fast-paced environment</li> <li>Detail-oriented and a self-starter</li> <li>Commitment to the highest ethical standards</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>We take care of our people</strong></p> <p>We invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being.
