You will lead a team of engineers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive initiatives to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems. Specifically, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Provide strategic direction and technical guidance to the team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.</li> <li>Analyze system performance and lead initiatives to improve the operations of equities applications.</li> <li>Oversee the implementation of monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues.</li> <li>Drive the development of software services, libraries, and tools to automate processes, reduce toil, and enhance system reliability.</li> <li>Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems architecture and operational procedures.</li> <li>Lead root cause analysis of incidents and implement solutions to prevent recurrence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.</li> <li>Champion innovative solutions to improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.</li> <li>Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing engineering culture.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What’s required </strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.</li> <li>Proven track record in a senior technical leadership role, such as site reliability engineer, technical lead, or engineering manager.</li> <li>Strong proficiency in Node.js and Angular, with a deep understanding of their ecosystems.</li> <li>Experience with cloud platforms such as OpenShift.</li> <li>Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.</li> <li>Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.</li> <li>Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog.</li> <li>Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex systems and drive innovative solutions.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>We take care of our people</strong></p> <p>We invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being.
