We want someone who is a systems thinker and is skilled at creating scalable design solutions and thinking holistically about the brand ecosystem. This role blends hands-on design work with project and vendor management, ensuring consistency, quality, and speed across a wide variety of brand expressions—from our website and marketing campaigns to sales decks and internal presentations.</p> <p>You’ll partner closely with marketing, product, and executive teams to produce thoughtful, on-brand creative that elevates our message and moves our business forward.</p> <h2><strong>You Will</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Production Event Design</strong>: Translate creative strategy into a cohesive brand experience across digital platforms and physical spaces—ranging from large-scale event signage and spatial wayfinding to premium swag and print collateral.</li> <li><strong>Website Design:</strong> Design and maintain brand-forward web experiences in close partnership with web developers and digital marketers.</li> <li><strong>Presentation Deck Design:</strong> Build and refine executive presentations, sales materials, and keynote visuals that are both beautiful and effective.</li> <li><strong>Illustration Graphics:</strong> Create and manage a library of custom illustrations, icons, and infographics to support Flexport’s storytelling.</li> <li><strong>Photo Editing Management:</strong> Curate and edit photography for use across marketing channels; maintain our image library to ensure easy access and brand alignment.</li> <li><strong>Vendor Management:</strong> Oversee external design vendors and contractors, ensuring they deliver high ...
