<p>As we continue to grow, with over 1000 employees worldwide, our Storage Go To Market team is seeking an Enterprise Account Director to be a strategic leader responsible for Storable’s most significant, highest-value enterprise relationships. Our largest clients shape the industry. Their needs influence the evolution of technology, service models, and operational excellence in the self-storage ecosystem.</p>
<p>Operating as the executive point of contact for a select portfolio of top-tier clients, you will be accountable for the overall relationship health, executive alignment, value realization, and strategic growth opportunities across our most complex and sophisticated customers. You will engage directly with C-suite stakeholders, shape long-term partnership strategies, mobilize cross-functional internal teams to deliver the right outcomes to these clients, and ensure clients realize sustained value from the full Storable platform.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate brings extensive experience managing sophisticated enterprise relationships, excels in high-stakes executive conversations, and consistently drives alignment between customer objectives and Storable’s solutions.</p>
<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>Executive Client Engagement Strategic Advocacy</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Serve as the executive strategic partner for Storable’s highest-value enterprise clients, understanding their technology needs and aligning our solutions accordingly.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain deep, trusted relationships with senior executives of our largest most strategic clients, including owners and CEOs.</li>
<li>Develop an in-depth understanding of our technology products and services, staying current with industry trends, and effectively communicate their value to clients.</li>
<li>Lead executive business reviews, strategy sessions, and long-term planning cycles with client leadership, as well as Storable executive stakeholders.</li>
<li>Act as the voice of the strategic client internally, partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Implementation to influence direction and drive an exceptional end-to-end experience.</li>
<li>Represent Storable at external industry events and partner conferences, reinforcing our innovation leadership and strengthening the partnership.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Strategic Account Ownership</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Own the overall health, performance, account strategy planning, and long-term success of assigned enterprise accounts.</li>
<li>Serve as the executive escalation owner for assigned strategic accounts, coordinating rapid, transparent communication with internal teams during high-impact incidents.</li>
<li>Proactively identify, address and mitigate risks using key performance metrics, usage patterns, and account intelligence.</li>
<li>Analyze trends across escalations and advocate for client needs internally, influencing roadmap and solution evolution.</li>
<li>Partner with Product, Client Support, and Delivery teams to ensure timely delivery, issue resolution, and continuous optimization.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Retention Strategy, Renewal Stability Growth Influence</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Partner closely with Sales, CS Leadership, and Finance on multi-year renewal planning, ensuring value realization is clearly demonstrated at the executive level.</li>
<li>Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements with clients.</li>
