Supervisor, Risk Adjustment Auditing

This includes monitoring production and quality of employees’ work, process improvements and clear communication of expectations. This position supports and coaches front line talent to ensure the highest level of service to clients and ultimately the patient lives we impact.</p> <p><strong>You will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supervise day-to-day team performance, conduct 1:1’s and performance assessments.</li> <li>Responsible for reviewing and approving time sheets and time off requests.</li> <li>Receive, merge and track quality, productivity, and feedback for all team members.</li> <li>Provide a summary of productivity findings on a daily basis, including education on time management and best coding practices.</li> <li>Provide coaching and feedback on achieving production and quality standards of the role.</li> <li>Report trends for education opportunities to management for review and/or action.</li> <li>Motivate team members through effective training, supplemental materials and coaching to improve quality and production.</li> <li>Apply guidelines and concepts as indicated.</li> <li>Serve as resource and subject matter expert to staff.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.</li> <li>Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you will bring to the table: </strong></p> <ul> <li>AHIMA certified credentials (RHIA, RHIT, CCS) or AAPC certified credentials (CPC, CPC-H, COC, CIC, CRC)</li> <li>Extensive knowledge of ICD -9/10</li> <li>2 years coding experience, required.</li> <li>2 years auditing experience, preferred</li> <li>People Leader experience managing a team of employees.</li> <li>Familiarity with HCC coding and auditing</li> <li>A strong knowledge base of medical terminology, medical abbreviations, pharmacology and disease processes.</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining adherence to high quality standards.</li> <li>Must be able to follow instructions, meet deadlines and work independently.</li> <li>Ability to be flexible in work environment.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a remote environment and time management skills.</li> <li>Working knowledge of the business use of computer hardware and software to ensure effectiveness and quality of the processing and security of the data.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span data-sheets-root="1">We are committed to building a diverse team of Datavanters who are all responsible for stewarding a high-performance culture in which all Datavanters belong and thrive.
