As the first Resource Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the strategy, processes, and systems that ensure the efficient and effective delivery of our Professional Services offerings. You will be responsible for managing the allocation and deployment of the professional services team members across customer engagements, ensuring that each one is staffed with the right talent at the right time. This position will report to the Director of Professional Services and be part of the wider GTM Operations team. This is an individual contributor position with the potential to grow into a manager position. Key job responsibilities</p> <p>· Build the RM function</p> <p>o Build a centralized resource management function for the Professional Services organization. Work closely with the Delivery Management team to develop processes, standard operating procedures, escalation procedures, and tools for effective resource management.</p> <p>o Enablement on Resource Management processes across the PS org.</p> <p>o Drive roadmap for the resource management tool.</p> <p>o Work with PS management to develop a delivery partner program.</p> <p>o Develop the strategy and future roles needed to scale resource management function.</p> <p>o Earn the trust of the Delivery organization across all levels.</p> <p> </p> <p>· Resource Allocation</p> <p>o Review incoming en ...
