This role will</span><br><span>own the technical foundations that power our product</span> <span>ecosystem while shaping</span><br><span>engineering culture, operational excellence, and strategic direction to</span><br><span>scale</span> <span>effectively.</span><br><span><br>This leader will influence platform architecture, drive cross-functional alignment, and</span><br><span>ensure the</span> <span>platform can reliably deliver innovative, high-impact solutions. This role</span><br><span>may also serve as the India</span> <span>country leader—helping unite employees, foster</span><br><span>collaboration, and strengthen organizational</span> <span>alignment.</span><br><span><br><strong>Roles Responsibilities :<br></strong></span><br><span>•</span> <span>Lead global teams across platform engineering, infrastructure, integrations, cloud </span><span>operations, SRE,</span> <span>and developer productivity.</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Define and execute long-term cloud and infrastructure strategy focused on </span><span>availability, performance, security, scalability, and cost efficiency.</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Oversee AWS cloud infrastructure, reliability, incident response, and cost </span><span>optimization.</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Build and scale high-performing engineering organizations with strong leadership and </span><span>technical rigor.</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Improve developer velocity through tooling, automation, and internal platforms.</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Strengthen operational excellence with mature on-call and continuous improvement </span><span>processes.</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Drive change leadership during organizational scaling and transformation.</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Partner with Product, Security, and Engineering teams to align technical priorities.</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Mentor distributed engineering teams and strengthen leadership capability.</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Promote adoption of new technologies and engineering best practices.</span><br ...
