Using our in-home consultation model, you’ll deliver expert presentations and build trust with potential customers—while helping them turn their vision into reality.In this role, you will:Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customersPresent solutions that align with their home improvement goalsFollow a proven sales process to achieve and exceed sales targetsProvide outstanding customer service throughout the sales cycleManage your leads, appointments, and follow-ups independentlyKey QualificationsStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsConfident communication and presentation abilitiesProven track record of achieving sales goalsExcellent time management and organizationHigh ethical standards and professionalismValid driver's license and clean driving recordiPad required for presenting and managing appointmentsPrior in-home or B2C sales experience preferred, but not requiredWho Thrives in This RoleSelf-starters with a strong drive to earnIndividuals who enjoy working with people and solving problemsProfessionals who embrace feedback and continuous learningTeam players who love winning togetherSchedule & LocationThis is a full-time, field-based role with flexible scheduling.
