You’ll collaborate with talented engineers and operations leaders, gaining exposure to automation and AI-enabled tools that shape the future of work.</p> <h3>Your Impact</h3> <ul> <li>Provide frontline IT support for employees across Windows and macOS environments.</li> <li>Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to ensure minimal downtime.</li> <li>Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup, access provisioning, and account management.</li> <li>Maintain and optimize company systems such as Google Workspace, Slack, and security tools.</li> <li>Support enterprise conference AV systems to ensure reliable and high-quality meeting experiences.</li> <li>Collaborate with teams managing Okta identity management systems and implement automation for provisioning, access control, and monitoring.</li> <li>Contribute to IT process documentation and help scale support operations as the company grows.</li> </ul> <h3>We’re Looking For Someone Who</h3> <ul> <li>2+ years in <strong>IT Systems / Enterprise IT / Systems Engineering / DevOps-internal tooling</strong>, supporting internal customers (employees)</li> <li>Strong scripting skills (Python preferred; Go is a plus) and comfort integrating APIs/services</li> <li>Solid troubleshooting fundamentals across <strong>macOS/Windows endpoints</strong>, networking basics, and security hygiene</li> <li>Comfortable working in Linux environments and learning operational best practices (monitoring, patching, reliability)</li> <li>Able to work through ambiguous problems and coordinate with IT, Security, and Engineering stakeholders</li> <li>Write clear documentation and communicate tradeoffs in a practical, evidence-based way</li> <li>Identity and access workflows (Okta/Entra, Google Workspace/M365), provisioning automation</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to Haves</strong></p> <ul> <li>IAM patterns: access lifecycle automation, least privilege, access reviews</li> <li>Identity protocols: SAML, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM (working knowledge is great)</li> <li>Google Workspace and/or M365 administration</li> <li>Modern device management and endpoint security workflows (Kandji, Intune, Jamf)</li> <li>Partnering with Security on compliance initiatives or vulnerability management</li> </ul> <div> <h3><strong>About Otter.ai </strong></h3> We are in the business of shaping the future of work.
