<p data-start="712" data-end="1060"><br data-start="730" data-end="733">As a <strong data-start="738" data-end="780">Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM)</strong>, you will be a strategic partner for our key business customers, ensuring they receive guidance, support, and resources to succeed in the cloud. This multifaceted role combines technical expertise, leadership, and customer advocacy, making it pivotal to DigitalOcean’s success.</p>
<h2><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></h2>
<p data-start="1100" data-end="1153"><strong data-start="1100" data-end="1151">1. Technical Consultation Architecture Design</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-start="1156" data-end="1249">Develop deep expertise in DigitalOcean’s product portfolio and the broader cloud ecosystem.</li>
<li data-start="1252" data-end="1336">Design, diagram, and plan infrastructure architectures tailored to customer needs.</li>
<li data-start="1339" data-end="1416">Conduct technical workshops and consultation sessions to empower customers.</li>
<li data-start="1419" data-end="1512">Stay updated with cloud infrastructure best practices and maintain relevant certifications.</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="1514" data-end="1561"><strong data-start="1514" data-end="1559">2. Proactive Customer Engagement Growth</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-start="1564" data-end="1641">Manage and grow key DigitalOcean accounts, driving retention and expansion.</li>
<li data-start="1644" data-end="1726">Conduct QBRs to assess customer progress, evolving needs, and growth strategies.</li>
<li data-start="1729" data-end="1800">Identify cost optimization and performance improvement opportunities.</li>
<li data-start="1803" data-end="1910">Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Marketing, Account Management) to align on strategic goals.</li>
<li data-start="1913" data-end="1993">Monitor customer usage trends to proactively identify risks and opportunities.</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="1995" data-end="2045"><strong data-start="1995" data-end="2043">3. Advocacy Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p>

<li data-start="2143" data-end="2231">Liaise with Engineering and Support teams to resolve escalations and technical issues.</li>

<li data-start="2329" data-end="2403">Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing initiatives.</li>
