This solution harnesses <strong>classical</strong> <strong>AI/ML</strong> and <strong>Agentic AI approaches</strong> to radically transform the entire SOC operational model, enabling enterprises to more intelligently process alerts, to identify and resolve real threats faster, and to identify changes to the environment that will lead to better future outcomes. </div> <div class="elementToProof">This is a <strong>hands-on leadership role</strong> dealing with all the classic challenges of early-stage product development and particularly with SaaS-delivered products or services applying data analytics, ML or AI. The ideal candidate is a leader of high-performance teams who is excited to work on cutting-edge technology and who delights in exceeding customer expectations. </div> <div class="elementToProof">The role reports directly to the CTO. </div> <div class="elementToProof"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> </div> <ul> <li> <div class="elementToProof">Hire a top-class engineering team  </div> </li> <li> <div class="elementToProof">Build team culture which values very rapid iteration with customer feedback over stable roadmaps and lower cadence release delivery </div> </li> <li> <div class="elementToProof">Partner with CTO and PM leader to choose tactics in support of overall strategy  </div> </li> <li> <div class="elementToProof">Identify potential technical risks and quickly determine whether they are real risks </div> </li> <li> <div class="elementToProof">Grow the team by attracting, vetting and hiring talent  </div> </li> <li> <div class="elementToProof">Mentor and grow team members both technically and in their soft skills  </div> </li> <li> <div class="elementToProof">Participate in architecture discussions and guide the technical direction of the team  </div> </li> <li> <div class="elementToProof">Interface with the core Vectra product organization to keep stakeholders abreast of progress and discuss what maturing features should also be implemented in the Vectra platform </div> </li> </ul> <div class="elementToProof"><strong>Qualifications</strong> </div> <ul> <li> <div class="elementToProof">5+ years of technical management experience  </div> </li> <li> <div class="elementToProof">5+ years professional software development experience  </div> </li> <li> <div class="elementToProof">Knowledge of software design principles and leading software development practices  </div> </li> <li> <div class="elementToProof">Strong communication collaboration skills  </div> </li> <li> <div class="elementToProof">Track record of getting things done, taking initiative and challenging assumptions </div> </li> <li> <div class="elementToProof">Experience with real-time processing pipelines (Kafka, Flink, etc.) and surrounding technologies </div> </li> <li> <div class="elementToProof">Experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Llama), embeddings, and vector databases </div ...
