You’ll be responsible for their career growth, providing coaching on both craft and navigational "soft" skills to help them scale their impact.</li> <li><strong>Define Strategic Vision:</strong> Partner with VP and Director-level leadership in Product Management and Engineering to define the long-term roadmap.
