Working closely with our engineering, product, and customer success teams, you will work hands-on with the software, devops, and security technologies that Datadog monitors. You have strong security, software development, and instructional expertise to create new self-paced and instructor-led training for our customers. You will improve existing learning content for the ever-expanding solutions that we offer.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="714"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">What You’ll Do: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with our engineering and product teams to produce <strong>engaging high quality training courses</strong> and content for Datadog’s customer and partner curriculums</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate customer training requirements, and turn those requirements into a <strong>roadmap</strong> with clearly scoped courses that have well defined <strong>learning paths</strong></li> <li>Communicate with customers to <strong>understand their technical needs</strong> in order to build courses that help them become proficient in using Datadog products</li> <li>Create high quality <strong>hands-on labs</strong> that can be delivered both as self paced online programs or instructor-led training</li> <li><strong>Review demo code</strong> <strong>and courses</strong> created by other curriculum developers. Coach them to improve the technical and instructional quality of their work in line with their manager’s quarterly milestones.</li> <li><strong>Coach experts</strong> around the company to deliver live workshops at Datadog events.</li> <li>Write application and infrastructure code to <strong>enhance existing learning project applications</strong> so that customers can learn to use Datadog security features</li> <li>Help <strong>create and maintain</strong> the technical systems and environments used in hands-on labs (GitHub Actions, disk image build workflows, installation scripts, and others)</li> </ul> <p><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Who You Are: </strong></p> <ul> <li>You are a technical practitioner with experience in security, software development, devops, technical curriculum development, or related experience in creating educational material for an engineering and developer audience</li> <li>You have hands-on experience, specialist knowledge, or other experience in building learning content in cloud infrastructure, full-stack web development, mobile development, and/or microservices.</li> <li>You are able to transform dry technical topics into engaging, informative and interesting educational materials</li> <li>You are proficient in using services on AWS or other cloud providers that integrate with Datadog security products, such as cloud storage, logging, and access management policies.</li> <li>You are familiar with at least one Infrastructure as Code tool such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Pulumi, or similar</li> <li>You are comfortable using Docker or Kubernetes</li> <li>You are familiar with one or more security standards such as OWASP, certified ethical hacker, CNCF Security Certification, AWS Certified Security Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer, HashiCorp Vault certification, or other</li> </ul> <p data-renderer-start-pos="3123"><em data-renderer-mark="true">Datadog ...
