<div><strong>Job Title</strong>: Vice President, GTM Enablement Business Value<br><strong>Location</strong>: NYC<br><strong>Reports To</strong>: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)</div> <h3>About the Role</h3> <div>We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and collaborative Vice President of GTM Enablement Business Value to lead our global efforts in empowering our sales and technical solutions organizations and driving measurable revenue growth. This senior leader will be responsible for aligning enablement strategy with company objectives, building a world-class technical training training and coaching function, and leading our business value consulting team to help customers quantify the ROI of our solutions.</div> <div>This is a critical role that sits at the intersection of go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, and customer value creation — ideal for a leader passionate about scaling SaaS businesses and equipping sales teams to win.</div> <h3>What you’ll do:</h3> <div><strong>GTM Enablement Leadership</strong></div> <ul> <li> <div>Build and execute a global GTM enablement strategy that supports sales productivity, onboarding, and continuous learning.</div> </li> <li> <div>Partner with Product Marketing, RevOps, Sales and Technical Solitions leadership to develop playbooks, competitive positioning, and messaging frameworks.</div> </li> <li> <div>Lead design and delivery of scalable training programs on solution selling, product knowledge, and deal execution.</div> </li> <li> <div>Define and track key enablement metrics (time-to-ramp, quota attainment, win rates) and continuously optimize.<br><br></div> </li> </ul> <div><strong>Business Value ROI Consulting</strong></div> <ul> <li> <div>Build and manage a Business Value Consulting function to deliver ROI analysis, TCO models, and executive business cases for prospects and customers.</div> </li> <li> <div>Collaborate with Product and Marketing to create industry-specific value frameworks and benchmarks.</div> </li> <li> <div>Support field teams in strategic deal cycles by providing quantitative business impact analysis to accelerate and expand deals.<br><br></div> </li> </ul> <div><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration Strategy</strong></div> <ul> <li> <div>Partner with the CRO, CMO, and CSO to align GTM initiatives with corporate growth targets.</div> </li> <li> <div>Influence product roadmap with customer feedback and value insights to ensure market relevance.</div> </li> <li> <div>Champion a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.<br><br></div> </li> </ul> <div><strong>Team Leadership Development</strong></div> <ul> <li> <div>Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global team of enablement managers, instructional designers, and business value consultants.</div> </li> <li> <div>Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability within the organization.</div> </li> </ul> <h3>Who you are</h3> <ul> <li> <div>12+ years of progressive experience in GTM enablement, revenue operations, or value consulting in a SaaS or enterprise software company.</div> </li> <li> <div>5+ years in a senior leadership role, managing global teams.</div> </li> <li> <div>Proven track record of improving performance metrics (win rate, ramp time, deal size).</div> </li> <li> <div>Expertise in solution selling methodologies (MEDDIC, Command of the Message.).</div> </li> <li> <div>Strong business acumen with ability to quantify customer ROI and speak the language of CFOs and business executives.</div> </li> <li> <div>Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presence skills.</div> </li> <li> <div>Familiarity with sales tech stack (Salesforce) and learning management systems.</div> </li> </ul> <div> </div> <div><strong>Benefits and Growth:</strong></div> <ul> <li> <div>Generous and competitive benefits</div> </li> <li> <div>New hire stock equity (RSUs) and employee stock purchase plan</div> </li> <li> <div>Continuous career development and pathing opportuni ...
