This role focuses on credit data insights, bureau engagement, and risk controls, working cross-functionally to support product onboarding, dispute performance, and bureau governance while enabling leadership to focus on strategy and growth.</p> <h2 data-start="665" data-end="684">What you’ll do</h2> <ul data-start="685" data-end="1913"> <li data-start="685" data-end="823"> <p data-start="687" data-end="823">Serve as the primary execution partner and business liaison for credit reporting agencies, including Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax</p> </li> <li data-start="824" data-end="972"> <p data-start="826" data-end="972">Own bureau-facing execution for assigned products and initiatives, including issue resolution, rule interpretation, and data quality improvement</p> </li> <li data-start="973" data-end="1089"> <p data-start="975" data-end="1089">Analyze credit data trends, dispute drivers, and bureau feedback to identify risks and improvement opportunities</p> </li> <li data-start="1090" data-end="1239"> <p data-start="1092" data-end="1239">Independently lead and contribute to projects with department- and function-level impact, including new product onboarding and bureau initiatives</p> </li> <li data-start="1240" data-end="1337"> <p data-start="1242" data-end="1337">Use data to identify root causes, assess trade-offs, and make principle-based recommendations</p> </li> <li data-start="1338" data-end="1452"> <p data-start="1340" data-end="1452">Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Disputes, Procurement, Product, and Data teams to drive aligned outcomes</p> </li> <li data-start="1453" data-end="1570"> <p data-start="1455" data-end="1570">Support the implementation and maintenance of risk management and compliance controls related to credit reporting</p> </li> <li data-start="1571" data-end="1681"> <p data-start="1573" data-end="1681">Provide regular reporting and insights on bureau performance, data quality metrics, and operational trends</p> </li> <li data-start="1682" data-end="1782"> <p data-start="1684" data-end="1782">Proactively communicate progress, risks, and escalations to management on an appropriate cadence</p> </li> <li data-start="1783" data-end="1913"> <p data-start="1785" data-end="1913">Operate as an individual contributor with no people management responsibilities, owning workstreams and outcomes independently</p> </li> </ul> <h2 data-start="1920" data-end="1941"> </h2> <h2 data-start="1920" data-end="1941">What you’ll need</h2> <ul data-start="1942" data-end="2691"> <li data-start="1942" data-end="2053"> <p data-start="1944" data-end="2053">Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience</p> </li> <li data-start="2054" data-end="2187"> <p data-start="2056" data-end="2187">Direct experience working with credit repor ...
