We’re proud to come to work every day knowing that what we do has a direct impact on people’s lives, with our core values guiding us every step of the way. <strong>Join us to invest in yourself, your career, and the financial world.</strong></p> </div></div><p>The role:</p> <p>The Processing Team is the single point of contact for our members in operations with an intense focus on member service and speed.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Daily training on mortgage guidelines, knowledge, and processing skills </li> <li>Ensure that loans are processed within specified Service Level Agreements.</li> <li>Train, motivate, and guide team members in all functions of processing to achieve the highest level of performance.</li> <li>Work with Loan Officers and Sales Managers to resolve any loan quality concerns.</li> <li>Handle escalations with borrowers, loan officers, and team members in a timely, prompt, and professional manner.</li> <li>Interview potential processor candidates as needed.</li> <li>Provide coaching and promote a professional team effort.</li> <li>Conduct new hire orientation, performance planning and reviews, disciplinary actions, and terminations.</li> <li>Keep processors current with changes in investor and agency guidelines.</li> <li>Communicate with the Director of Processing on training needs and issues. </li> </ul> <p>Requirements: </p> <ul> <li>8+ years of mortgage processing experience</li> <li>4+ years of management experience</li> <li>Excellent customer service skills</li> <li>Current knowledge of closing and title requirements</li> <li>Current knowledge of loan processing and automated underwriting systems (Encompass a plus)</li> <li>Previous experience in training and hiring of employees</li> <li>Possess excellent oral and written communication skills</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="gmail_default"><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></div> <div class="gmail_default">The base pay range for this role is listed below.
