You will define how pricing drives revenue expansion, customer acquisition, risk adjusted returns, and long term portfolio performance, while operating within regulatory and capital constraints.</p> <p>This is a high visibility, high impact role with direct influence on SoFi’s revenue trajectory and competitive positioning.</p> <h2>Why This Role Is Unique</h2> <ul> <li>Own pricing strategy for one of the largest and fastest-growing digital lending portfolios in the industry.<br><br></li> <li>Operate at the intersection of growth, risk, capital, and technology.<br><br></li> <li>Direct visibility with executive leadership.<br><br></li> <li>Opportunity to define the next generation of pricing roadmap, architecture and experimentation</li> </ul> <p>What you’ll do:</p> <h3>Portfolio Level Pricing Strategy</h3> <p>Accountability for the pricing driven portfolio performance, revenue growth and risk adjusted returns<br><br>Own the pricing roadmap for the Personal Loans business, balancing growth, credit performance, capital efficiency, and compliance.<br><br>Develop mid and long term pricing strategy aligned with business objectives and market conditions.<br><br>Drive revenue growth, profitability, and portfolio optimization through disciplined experimentation and analytical rigor.<br><br>Partner with Risk and Capital Markets to optimize risk-return tradeoffs and portfolio yield.<br><br>Direct pricing experimentation and A/B testing strategy across segments.<br><br>Establish frameworks to measure volume, conversion, Weighted Average Coupon, Return on Assets, Life Time Value, cost of acquisition, and other key pricing KPIs.<br><strong><br></strong></p> <h3><strong>Cross-Functional Leadership</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Serve as the senior pricing voice in executive discussions, pricing committees, and product launches.<br><br></li> <li>Influence Product, Risk, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering stakeholders on pricing decisions.<br><br></li> <li>Navigate complex trade-offs between growth, compliance, operational feasibility, and capital impact.<br><br></li> <li>Represent Pricing in major technology and platform initiatives.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Team Leadership Organizational Impact</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Lead and develop a team of data scientists and analysts.<br><br></li> <li>Set high standards for analytical rigor, governance, and execution discipline.<br><br></li> <li>Own prioritization and resource allocation decisions across pricing initiatives.<br><br></li> <li>Coach and develop future pricing leaders within the organization.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll need:</strong></p> < ...
