This role is pivotal in transforming how our local sales professionals, including Loan Officers, connect with SoFi members and manage in market relationships. </p> <p>Join the forefront of our Home Lending Product Platform transformation. While SoFi is a leading, fast-growing digital lender, we know that the local ecosystem remains absolutely critical to the home-buying journey. This creates a rare opportunity to own a true 0->1 launch, designing and standing up our first local market approach while simultaneously defining the long term product strategy. The role blends building and scaling with rapid learning: launching early, iterating quickly, and using data to continuously inform both product and business decisions. You will be crucial in launching our new in-market channel, specifically by empowering local loan officers to efficiently originate loans. This is a unique opportunity to build this channel from the ground up and redefine the in-market lending experience. </p> <p>This role is inherently cross-functional—you will work closely with engineering, design, data science, user research, marketing, operations, finance, risk, legal, compliance and executive teams to set a product strategy, define, and prioritize features. You’ll play the critical role of bridging the technical and business worlds to deliver product enhancements that delight our members and drive our business forward.
