In this role, you will support procurement activities for key programs, manage supplier relationships, and ensure on-time delivery of critical materials and services. Gain hands-on experience in procurement and supply chain operations.</li> <li>Fast-Paced Environment: Work on cutting-edge technology with a dynamic, innovative team.</li> <li>Impactful Work: Support critical programs that make a difference in national security.</li> </ul> </div> <p><br><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Purchase Order Management: Create, issue, and manage purchase orders to meet production and program needs.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Supplier Coordination: Maintain relationships with suppliers, monitor performance, and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Problem Solving: Quickly resolve supply chain disruptions, delivery delays, and quality issues to keep projects on track.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Order Tracking: Monitor and expedite orders to meet deadlines and production schedules.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Facilities, etc.) and program teams to align procurement with company goals.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Data Process Management: Maintain accurate records, track procurement KPIs, and identify opportunities to streamline processes.</li> </ul> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field</li> <li>2+ years of supply chain experience, including technical procurement</li> <li>Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints</li> <li>Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA</li> </ul> <h4>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li data-stringify-indent="1" data-stringify-border="0">Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="1" data-stringify-border="0">Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="1" data-stringify-border="0">Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="1" data-stringify-border="0">Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$98,000</span><span class="divider"></span><span>$130,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The ...
