The team encompasses Content Acquisition (responsible for deal strategy and negotiation to </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW143310503 BCX8">acquire</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW143310503 BCX8"> Movies, TV Series, FAST Channels, and more), Content Partnerships (responsible for managing Roku’s hundreds of content partners), Content Strategy Planning (responsible for guiding content investments and windowing tactics to maximize engagement and ROI). </span></p>
<p><strong>About the role</strong></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">We’re seeking a Content Planning Scheduling Manager, LATAM to own and manage the content calendar for VOD and FAST channels across subscriptions and advertiser-supported services. This role ensures clarity on launches and expirations, prioritizes content for promotional support, and strategically schedules to drive engagement and growth. You’ll advise on optimal launch timing, identify gaps, and recommend opportunities. Responsibilities include coordinating with Content Acquisition, Partner Management, and Operations, as well as communicating priorities to Marketing, Merchandising, PR, and Social teams. You’ll collaborate with U.S. and international teams to extend content into LATAM markets and leverage data insights to optimize scheduling strategies that maximize awareness, engagement, and retention.
