To help enable this vision, the Director of Analytics is responsible for setting and delivering an analytics agenda that helps inform decision making, enables effective roadmaps, and guides strategy. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">The Director of Analytics will have a wide scope and be the senior strategic analytics partner for product management, marketing, ecommerce, retail sales, and engineering. We are looking for a strong operator with deep expertise in analytics that drives retail strategy, merchandising, promotions, and product strategy.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> <br></span></p> <div data-ccp-timestamp="1761074809104">For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $248,000 - $331,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.
