<p> </p></div><h3>About the role</h3>
<p>Roku is looking for a skilled Director of FPA to support the Roku TV business. This role will serve as a trusted partner to the Devices team, providing end-to-end FPA leadership to support the Roku TV business and its leaders.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate will be a proven leader who possesses exceptional problem-solving skills, heavy experience in leading a retail finance team, strong modeling expertise, who is comfortable with ambiguity, and demonstrates a relentless bias towards action. The individual will excel at developing strong business partnerships and be able to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization.</p>

<p><em>For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $250,100 - $325,000 annually.</em></p>
<p><em>Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.</em></p>

<h3><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Business partner with the Roku TV Business Development team to accurately forecast the PL on a quarterly and annual basis</li>
<li>Develop and maintain annual forecasts and budget and long-range plan financial models and scenario analysis</li>
<li>Develop a view and participate in our strategy and operational execution for new products, providing actionable recommendations and analysis to senior management</li>
<li>Own all month end, quarter end and earnings support across the relevant business lines</li>
<li>Develop KPIs, metrics and dashboards to guide insight into both financial and operational performance, with a focus on improving forecast accuracy and predictability</li>
<li>Analyze and monitor forecast inputs against targets; proactively identify both risks and opportunities</li>
<li>Provide financial modeling, financial analysis and valuation support for a variety of special projects that may include MA, new business initiatives, external market analysis and other ad-hoc projects</li>
<li>Improve workflows to scale with the growth in functions and across the teams, including revisiting existing processes and/or the status quo</li>
<li>Lead and develop a high-performing team. Establish priorities, set objectives, and provide guidance and feedback</li>

<h3><strong><br>We’re excited if you have</strong></h3>

<li>BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar analytical discipline; MBA from top-tier business school preferred</li>
<li>12+ years of FPA experience at high-growth tech company (preferably in the consumer electronics industry)</li>
