This role will oversee large-scale campaign management, forecasting, optimization, and performance analysis to deliver measurable business growth.</p> <p>The estimated annual salary for this position is between $108,000 - $121,000 base annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.<br><br></p> <h3><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Develop and manage high-performing paid search campaigns with large budgets across Google Ads, Bing, and other major platforms.</li> <li>Forecast, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve cost-efficiency and growth goals at scale.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing and brand initiatives.</li> <li>Manage agency relationships and/or internal team members to ensure flawless campaign execution.</li> <li>Stay on the cutting edge of SEM best practices, testing frameworks, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.</li> <li>Present campaign performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.<br><br></li> </ul> <h3><strong>We're excited if you have</strong></h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of hands-on SEM/CPC management experience in a high-growth or performance-driven environment.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage large, complex budgets and deliver measurable ROI.</li> <li>Deep expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and performance tracking/analytics tools.</li> <li>Strong quantitative, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.</li> <li>Experience ma ...
