We offer you the opportunity to delight millions of TV streamers around the world while gaining meaningful experience across a variety of disciplines.</p> <p> </p></div><h3><strong>About the team </strong></h3> <p>The Revenue Operations team is responsible for maximizing advertising yield through supply optimization, driving global ad revenue growth through strategic pricing and packaging, and improving the efficiency of the ad sales organization by centralizing processes across data tools and systems. By aligning advertising sales, marketing, product, and client services, the team helps ensure advertising inventory is monetized effectively through a combination of strategic planning, data analysis, system enablement, and cross-functional collaboration. </p> <p> </p> <h3><strong>About the role </strong></h3> <p>Roku is seeking a motivated, results-driven Pricing Planning Manager to support the continued growth of its Sponsorship Advertising business. This role works across the full lifecycle of Roku’s premium sponsorship products, with a focus on managing scarce, high-value sponsorship inventory, delivering revenue reporting and analysis, and partnering cross-functionally to support go-to-market strategy and execution, including product pricing, packaging, and operational process design. </p> <p>Sitting within the Pricing Planning team as part of the Revenue Operations organization, this position will collaborate closely with Sales, Client Services, Finance, Product, Content/Programming, and the broader Revenue Operations org to provide the visibility, insights, and operational support needed to scale and optimize sponsorship revenue. </p> <p>The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, the ability to translate data into actionable insights, and a collaborative, solutions-oriented communication style. Success in this role requires comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, along with the ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and problem-solve as the business evolves. </p> <p>For New York Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $63,000 and $93,000 annually.</p> <p>Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off. </p> <p> </p> <h3><strong>What you’ll be doing </strong></h3> <ul> <li>Manage sponsorship product sell-through and availability, providing Sales with real-time visibility into scarce inventory, to maximize revenue and yield</li> <li>Own sponsorship revenue reporting and analysis, including product-level performance tracking and key business metrics</li> <li>Develop and maintain pricing and packaging tools to support sponsorship sales, including rate cards, MMPs, and supporting documentation</li> <li>Support quarterly sponsorship revenue forecasting, incorporating prior-quarter actuals and forward-looking projections</li> <li>Partner with cross-functiona ...
