<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">We’re looking for a Staff Systems Engineer, GTM, to help us evolve our Salesforce CRM to the next level to meet the needs of our rapidly scaling global business. You are a highly skilled Salesforce technology professional capable of working across all levels of the organization. You are adept at crafting, implementing, and evolving out-of-the-box and custom solutions that employ best practices for systems integration (API and IPaaS Solutions) across the SFDC ecosystem.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You will work closely with our current Revenue Excellence team and our cross-functional stakeholders in Marketing, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure we leverage Salesforce as the organization's source of truth.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You’ll also be responsible for ensuring the technical excellence of your team and owned services, through design reviews, code reviews, and our approval process; contributing to architectural designs; and mentoring colleagues. This is a high-visibility role within the organization with an incredible opportunity to drive impact and value quickly.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our Oakland, CA, or Denver, CO offices. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong><strong>Technologies You’ll Use</strong></strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Salesforce APIs, Python, HTML, Git, consuming and invoking web services utilizing WCF, REST, XML, JSON.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Project Lead: Define and drive the critical projects and technical strategy for Salesforce CRM and related systems, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure solutions that integrate seamlessly with other enterprise systems.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strategic Initiatives: Spearhead key strategic initiatives, such as process automation and data integration efforts, to enhance operational efficiency and business agility.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders and executives across the organization to identify and prioritize key projects, providing technical expertise and strategic insights.</span></p>
