<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Fivetran is looking for an organized and energetic Talent Acquisition Coordinator who will help support our recruiters and rapidly growing team! Our team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators creates a stellar candidate experience while arranging all pieces of the interview process. This role will also play a key part in maintaining the organization of our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), ensuring data accuracy. Our ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, adaptive, and excited to create a seamless and unique interview experience for all of our candidates. <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA or Denver, CO office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong><strong>What You'll Do</strong></strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Schedule and coordinate complex phone, virtual, onsite, and presentation interviews</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage logistics for the recruiting process, including scheduling interviews, debrief sessions, coordinating travel, completing offer documents, etc. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Build strong partnerships with multiple recruiters, the hiring managers they support, and their candidates to drive an efficient process for providing a positive candidate experience, as well as handle any challenges that may occur</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while demonstrating professionalism and good judgment</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Master our applicant tracking system, scheduling tools, and organizational products, including Workday, Guide Scheduling, Greenhouse, and Google Suite</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Contribute to team projects, often working interdepartmentally</span></li>
