You set a vision and aren’t afraid to get into the weeds. This person understands customers, knows how to tell a strong brand story, and uses data to grow the business.</p> <p>You’ll manage a small team of channel managers and partners, drive creative to see what connects best with our audience and manage media budgets. The goal is simple: drive profitable growth across the paid marketing funnel (ROAS, CAC:LTV, revenue)</p> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li>Directly manage and optimize campaigns across all paid channels (Search, Social, Display, Affiliates, CTV).</li> <li>Own the strategy and aid in-platform execution — including bidding, targeting, budget allocation, placements, and creative performance.</li> <li>Build and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual media plans tied to acquisition, retention, and efficiency goals.</li> <li>Lead structured creative testing within platforms to identify what messaging and formats drive performance. Partner closely with the creative team to develop and refine platform-native ads.</li> <li>Use first-party data and CRM insights to sharpen targeting and improve measurement.<br>Manage and mentor a small in-house team while remaining actively involved in campaign execution.</li> <li>Manage and coach a small team of paid media specialists. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p> <ul> <li>8+ years of paid media experience at high-growth eCommerce or DTC brands; agency experience a plus.</li> <li>Deep, hands-on expertise managing campaigns directly in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other key platforms.</li> <li>Comfortable moving between strategy and execution—you set a vision and aren’t afraid to get into the weeds.</li> <li>Skilled in creative testing with a track record of extracting actionable insights that inform performance and brand storytelling.</li> <li>Strong creative intuition and ability to translate data into a clear, creative direction.</li> <li>Experienced in incrementally testing and MMM (Liftlab a plus!).</li> <li>Proven record of driving measurable growth in acquisition and iROAS while building brand connection through reach/frequency.</li> <li>Analytical, curious, and adaptable to fast-moving environments.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What do we offer?</strong><br>Remote with preference for PST working hours.
