Senior Product Manager, CRM

<p>The Squarespace Client Engagement team is looking for a Senior Product Manager, CRM Backend to drive the strategy and execution of our core CRM platform and data model.</p> <p>Our Client Engagement group, the CRM team, helps merchants connect with their customers by providing them with a 360 view into their data, enabling users to reach the right customer at the right time, with minimal effort. We are a team committed to building products that help merchants retain customers. You will work closely with other Product Managers, Data Engineering, and various teams across the organization that rely on customer data.</p> <p>This is an opportunity for you to craft the fundamental data and platform strategy for our CRM offering, ensuring its scalability and long-term viability as a critical company asset.</p> <p>This is a hybrid role working from our Dublin office 3 days per week.
