<p>As the <strong>Senior Accountant, </strong>you will be essential in driving efficiency and effectiveness within the GL Operations team. This is a key role that supports partnerships with Operations, Procurement, Legal, FPA and other stakeholders across the organization. <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare account reconciliations and supporting schedules for journal entries and reports, ensuring a timely Month End Close and accurate reporting in accordance with GAAP</li>
<li>Perform inter-company transactions, eliminations and consolidations using NetSuite</li>
<li>Prepare monthly flux analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts</li>
<li>Work closely with other departments and serve as point of contact for GL operational related questions and inquiries</li>
<li>Support GL operations including accounts payable and expense report processing, purchasing card review, treasury transactions</li>
<li>Assist with audit deliverables as well as other ad hoc requests</li>
<li>Evaluate process and system infrastructure, along with identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities; champion and drive automation and AI solutions</li>
<li>Partner closely with our Offshore team, offering support and guidance necessary to maintain high-performing global team and ensure tracking to deadlines</li>
