Join us!Location: Remote (US or EMEA timezone preferred)Duration: 6-month contractHours: 20-30 hours/weekReports to: Head of Research (part of Product Marketing)Your RoleZip is looking for an analyst relation (AR) Program Coordinator to join as a contractor supporting our analyst relations function. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our AR program, coordinating analyst engagements, managing internal stakeholders, tracking projects, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.This role is about systems and stakeholder coordination. You'll make it possible for Zip to scale its AR program to new coverage areas and firms by handling the coordination, logistics, and program management that keeps the AR engine running.The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives on making order out of chaos, and has a track record of getting busy people to do things on time (without having direct authority over them). You're the person who follows up, keeps trackers updated, and makes sure the right people are in the right room with the right materials.You WillMaintain AR operations: update relationship trackers, interaction logs, and program metricsSchedule analyst interactions end-to-end: coordinate attendees, send invites, confirm logistics across timezonesTrack project timelines for white papers, quadrants, RFIs, and briefingsWrangle GMs, PMs, and PMMs to participate in analyst briefings and inquiriesOwn the prep process: ensure the right people have the right materials at the right timeMonitor analyst firm portals (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, etc.) for deadlines, new research, and inquiry opportunitiesResearch and profile new analysts for relationship expansionTrack competitor mentions in analyst content and flag relevant intelDraft routine analyst correspondence: scheduling emails, logistics, AR newsletterQualifications2+ years of experience in project coordination, program management, executive support, or marketing operationsProven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneouslyTrack record of coordinating across busy stakeholders who don't report to youStrong written communication skills—you'll represent AR to analysts and executivesHighly organized with sharp attention to detailSelf-directed and proactive; you see what needs doing and do it without being askedProficient in: Google Workspace, Slack, Excel/Sheets, calendar managementComfortable working across timezones (US and EMEA)Nice to HaveExperience in analyst relations, PR, communications, or agency workB2B SaaS or enterprise software backgroundFamiliarity with analyst firms (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Spend Matters)Procurement, finance, or enterprise software domain knowledgeExperience with using AI tools intelligently on sensitive tasksThe hourly range for this role is $38-$48.
