You will design, build, and optimize the systems, processes, and insights that empower our global recruiting organization to be both high-performing and human-centered. This role operates at the critical intersection of strategy and execution—driving operational excellence and ensuring every hire, from high-volume to highly specialized, feels seamless and distinctly Toast.
