We're building the next chapter of AI-native craft and creativity - where craft and technology meet. Our unified platform bridges the gap between AI capabilities and human creativity, and lets professional creatives and designers harness the power of the world’s leading AI models without losing precision, expression, or soul. Together, we’re building tools that help people move faster without sacrificing quality, precision, or craft — a platform where AI supports creativity instead of flattening it.

We’re seeking a Community Manager to cultivate and energize our artist community—the core of our mission. In this hands-on, people-first role, you’ll manage our daily presence on Discord, bringing our Collective, community programs, and creative partnerships to life through events, collaborations, and meaningful engagement. You’ll connect with artists, educators, and creators who use Weavy, ensuring they feel supported and inspired, while channeling their feedback into ideas that shape and strengthen the platform.

This is a full time role that can be held from our New York Hub.

Programming engagement: Plan and host activities like challenges, workshops, and live sessions (aligned with Collective and education programs)

Partnerships collaborations: Identify and support collaborations with schools, creative artists, and studios; coordinate co-branded sessions

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

3+ years of experience building and scaling engaged online communities—from early stages to thriving ecosystems—ideally in creative tech, design tools, or GenAI spaces

Hands-on expertise with Discord (or similar platforms), including structuring channels, moderating discussions, and fostering authentic community culture

Excellent communicator in English with the ability to write clearly, host conversations, and confidently represent our creative tone
