**Travel to Office expectations**
For Remote Roles: If this role is remote, there will be in-office events that will require travel to and from the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office. These will include, but not limited to, onboarding, team events, semi-annual and annual team meetings.
For Hybrid Roles: If this role is Hybrid, there will be an expectation to reside within commutable distance to the office/location specified in the job listing. This will include, but not limited to, weekly/bi-weekly/monthly events in the office with your specific team. This is a requirement for this role.
Provide essential administrative, operational and analytical support across the contract lifecycle by ensuring that all agreements are thoroughly reviewed for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to submission for approval and execution. This role is responsible for the precise entry, maintenance, and tracking of contractual data within the contract lifecycle management (CLM) software and customer relationship management (CRM) platform, as well as for supporting validation, reporting, and structured analysis of contractual terms across existing agreements. The position plays a key role in maintaining data integrity, enhancing visibility into contractual obligations, and ensuring alignment with organizational policies and Legal Department standards.
The successful candidate will be intellectually curious, detail oriented, and collaborative, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. A proactive mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential to driving accuracy, accountability, and measurable results.
