Driven by our core values, we push boundaries, build with speed and intensity, and consistently deliver incredible value to our customers.</p></div><h2>What's the opportunity? </h2> <p>We’re looking for a Sourcing Procurement Specialist to join our growing Procurement team in Dublin.</p> <p>This role blends strong tactical procurement execution (requisition-to-PO, supplier onboarding, policy compliance) with hands-on sourcing expertise. You’ll not only ensure our day-to-day procurement operations run smoothly — you’ll also lead sourcing initiatives, drive commercial value, and help modernise how we procure through automation and AI-driven solutions.</p> <p>Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you’ll partner closely with stakeholders across Finance, Legal, IT, Security and business teams to deliver efficient, compliant and commercially sound procurement outcomes.</p> <p>We’re looking for someone who is operationally excellent, commercially sharp, and excited about leveraging AI and automation to improve how procurement works at scale.</p> <h2>What will I be doing? </h2> <h3><strong>Procurement Operations (Tactical P2P)</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Manage the full requisition-to-PO (P2P) lifecycle in Zip, ensuring requisitions are complete, compliant and processed efficiently</li> <li>Partner with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear and aligned with procurement policies</li> <li>Review requisitions to ensure accuracy of scope, pricing, documentation and approvals before processing</li> <li>Manage supplier onboarding and vetting requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders</li> <li>Support contract execution workflows in Ironclad, ensuring documentation is complete before PO issuance</li> <li>Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice queries and ensure timely supplier payments</li> <li>Provide procurement training and support to stakeholders across the business</li> <li>Ensure adherence to Intercom’s procurement policies and procedures</li> <li>Perform daily tactical and operational procurement activities as required</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Strategic Sourcing Commercial Ownership</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Build our capabilities for RFPs, RFQs and supplier evaluations using AI first mentality</li> <li>Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify cost optimisation and value opportunities</li> <li>Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures and contract provisions in partnership with Legal</li> <li>Drive supplier selection decisions based on total cost of ownership, risk, scalability and business needs</li> <li>Develop category insights and proactively identify sourcing opportunities across key spend areas</li> <li>Support contract renewals with structured commercial reviews and negotiation strategies</li> </ul> <h3><strong>AI Automation Mindset</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Identify opportunities to automate and streamline procurement workflows and approvals</li> <li>Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing analysis, spend insights, benchmarking and contract review preparation</li> <li>Partner with internal systems teams to optimise Zip, Ironclad and related procurement tools</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing cycle times and increasing process efficiency</li> <li>Champ ...
