<p>As a Channel Manager at Array, you will own the channel relationship end-to-end, serving as the strategic leader responsible for partner engagement, performance, and growth. You will manage the PL, align executives, enable partner sales teams, and drive co-marketing initiatives. Your focus will be building and scaling a high-impact, partner-driven pipeline that delivers measurable revenue results. This role reports to the SVP of Partnerships.</p>
<p><strong>You will:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own the channel relationship end-to-end, serving as the strategic point of accountability for partner success.</li>
<li>Act as the strategic owner of partner engagement, alignment, and performance.</li>
<li>Own the PL for assigned channel relationships, with a deep understanding of revenue, margin, costs, and ROI.</li>
<li>Lead SKOs, QBRs, and other executive-level partner engagements.</li>
<li>Build strong executive alignment through organizational mapping and senior stakeholder relationships.</li>
<li>Enable and engage partner sales representatives through training, tools, and ongoing support.</li>
<li>Align partner compensation and incentive structures to drive growth and desired outcomes.</li>
<li>Define and execute co-marketing strategies in partnership with internal marketing teams and external partners.</li>
<li>Build, manage, and scale a partner-driven pipeline, driving both partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.</li>
<li>Develop and execute joint business plans that deliver measurable impact and long-term value.</li>
<li>Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster—it’s your default, not an afterthought.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>You have:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of proven experience in channel, partner, or alliances roles with ownership of revenue and pipeline outcomes.</li>
<li>Experience leading executive-level engagements such as QBRs and strategic planning sessions.</li>
<li>A track record of building and scaling partner-driven pipeline.</li>
<li>Experience enabling partner sales teams and driving consistent partner engagement.<br>Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with sales, marketing, finance, and leadership.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.</li>
<li>The ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>A belief that AI is reshaping work, you instinctively use it to accelerate everything you do.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Pay transparency: </strong>$100,000+ for base salary, depending on experience. This role will offer commission.</p>
