The team plays a critical role in ensuring that product data, images, and pricing are accurate, timely, and reflective of merchant needs.</p> <p>MXO teams work closely with Product, Strategy Operations, and Catalog stakeholders to ensure workflows are efficient, scalable, and aligned with DoorDash’s operational excellence standards. Our Supervisors are critical people leaders who bridge strategy and execution — maintaining team performance while supporting continuous improvement and innovation.</p> <h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2> <p>As a <strong>Technical Specialist</strong> on the MXO New Verticals team, you will serve as a subject matter expert on catalog systems, data pipelines, and workflow automation. You’ll handle complex catalog and tooling issues, perform data validation and root cause analysis, and drive improvements that enhance accuracy and efficiency across our workflows.</p> <p>You’ll also partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to test and integrate new tools, ensuring they meet operational standards.
