<p><strong>Senior Compensation Analyst</strong></p>
<p>Reporting to the Sr Director, Total Rewards, the Sr. Compensation Analyst will be responsible for the administration and support of Fastly’s compensation programs. This includes performing market research to ensure that Fastly’s compensation practices are competitive and aligned with industry standards, preparing and reviewing data insights to inform salary structures and incentive plans, ensure adherence to legal requirements, and supporting our internal managers and business partners globally.</p>
<p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Perform support activities to develop, implement and administer global compensation policies and programs. Support pay review cycles and equity programs</li>
<li>Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine the company's competitive position</li>
<li>Review proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices</li>
<li>Review requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment</li>
<li>Review existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommends appropriate courses of action</li>
<li>May prepare special studies and recommendations on subjects such as incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation or equity compensation</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We're Looking For: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1-3 years of related work experience, preferably 1-2 years in compensation analysis</li>
<li>Experience in compensation fundamentals (e.g., job matching and market pricing, equity mechanics, cyclical programs, etc.)</li>
<li>Comfortable working with large amounts of data, utilizing strong analytical skills to interpret compensation trends and build intelligence through reporting, with high attention to data integrity</li>
<li>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in communicating and interpreting compensation philosophy, program design, and recommendations</li>
<li>A proven ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships and alliances with key stakeholders</li>
<li>Highly analytical with great attention to detail and ability to balance competing priorities and effectively multitask</li>
<li>Desire to learn and grow in the compensation field</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience with Workday Core and Advanced Compensation</li>
<li>Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced technology environment</li>
</ul>
