<p><strong>Senior Enterprise Business Systems Analyst</strong></p>
<p>Fastly’s Business Systems team is seeking a <strong>Senior Enterprise Business Systems Analyst, GTM</strong> to support and scale our Go-To-Market organization. This role partners across <strong>Marketing, Sales, Sales Engineering, SDR, Account Management, and Channel teams</strong> to design, optimize, and operationalize the systems, processes, and data that power revenue generation.</p>
<p>This individual blends strategic thinking, systems expertise, and strong cross-functional partnership to translate GTM strategy into scalable technology solutions that drive productivity, data integrity, and revenue outcomes. </p>
<p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p>
<h4><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration Business Partnership</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Partner with Marketing, Sales, Sales Engineering, SDR, Account Management, Channel, and Revenue Operations teams to understand business objectives and translate them into scalable systems and process solutions.</li>
<li>Work closely with GTM leadership to align systems roadmaps with evolving go-to-market strategies and growth initiatives.</li>
<li>Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by clearly communicating solution tradeoffs, risks, impacts, and expected outcomes.</li>
<li>Act as a subject matter expert for GTM platforms and processes, supporting both project initiatives and ongoing operations.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>GTM Process Optimization Automation</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Analyze end-to-end GTM workflows including lead management, opportunity management, quoting, forecasting, account planning, territory models, and partner processes.</li>
<li>Identify operational bottlenecks, data gaps, and manual processes, and design scalable solutions to improve efficiency and visibility.</li>
<li>Recommend and implement automation, integrations, and system enhancements that improve seller productivity and data quality.</li>
<li>Partner with technical teams to operationalize system intelligence that supports pipeline accuracy, sales execution, and revenue predictability.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Product Ownership Agile Execution</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Translate business needs into Solution Design Documents (SDDs), functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.</li>
<li>Own and manage a prioritized GTM systems backlog, balancing short-term business needs with long-term architectural scalability.</li>
<li>Collaborate with program managers and engineering teams to define delivery plans, manage scope, and ensure on-time execution.</li>
<li>Lead UAT planning, test script development, and defect resolution to ensure high-quality releases.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Data, Reporting Intelligence Enablement</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Partner with analytics and data teams to ensure a consistent and reliable GTM data model across systems.</li>
<li>Define reporting, dashboard, and metric requirements that enable leaders to monitor pipeline health, conversion, forecasting, and performance.</li>
<li>Support initiatives that improve data governance, integrity, and alignment between systems of intelligence and systems of action.</li>
