We're fortunate to have the support of many amazing advisors, and 90+ angels across many industries, including the world's foremost experts in AI.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator (Contract) to help deliver a thoughtful, high-quality experience to every candidate who interacts with Cartesia. This is a key role on our Talent team, and a great opportunity to help shape our hiring culture from the ground up.Your Impact: Own interview scheduling across all of our technical and non technical teams, as well as multiple time zonesCoordinate onsite and virtual interview logisticsAct as the point of contact for candidates. This role requires you to deliver timely updates and a responsive candidate experiencePartner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep coordination processes running smoothlyTrack candidates in our ATS and ensure data is accurate and up to dateHelp refine and document recruiting processes as we scaleSupport employer brand efforts, recruiting events, and candidate-facing communication What You Bring3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or a similar recruiting operations roleExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong communication. The ideal candidate is clear, warm, and proactive in their communicationsAbility to juggle multiple priorities and keep things moving in a fast-paced environmentComfortable with ATS platforms (e.g. Ashby, ModernLoop); Proficient with Google Apps, SlackA genuine passion for candidate experience and connecting peopleAvailability (and eagerness!) to work in-office at our San Francisco headquarters five (5) days a weekOur Culture🏢 We’re an in-person team based out of San Francisco.
