<p><b><span><b>Position : IIB, DP, ODM Admin</b><br /></span></b></p><p><b><span>Location – Burbank,CA</span></b></p><p><b>FTE salary : $130K (Negotiable)</b><br /></p><p><span></span></p><p><span><br /></span></p><p><span>Primary Skills :- <b><span>IIB, DP, ODM L2 Production Support.</span></b></span></p><p><span>Exp. – 6+ Years.</span></p><p><span><br /></span></p><p><span><b><u>JD </u></b>-<br /> Infrastructure support analyst for IBM Stack of integration products IIB, DP, ODM<br /> Technology stack:<br /> o IBM Integration Bus (IIB)<br /> o DataPower SOA Appliances (XG45/XI50/XB62)<br /> o IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM)<br /> o Tomcat servers/application servers/web servers<br /> o Database systems: RDBMS (oracle, MS SQL ), NOSQL<br /> o SVN, GitHub, Jenkins, ant, maven, jms, logging, JUnit, JMeter<br /> o Cloud Technologies: AWS, Azure, Bluemix services for integration<br /> o Other technologies: New Relic, IBM APM, Nagios, SMART, opsgenie, logstash, splunk, CI/CD Pipelines…<br /> <br /> <u><b>Job description:<br /></b></u> o Provide 24/7 level 2 &amp; Level 3 support for integration infrastructure<br /> o Provide support for change requests, incident management, config management, scheduled Maintenances and unscheduled maintenances.<br /> o Provide support by monitoring the alerts setup for application &amp; infrastructure<br /> o Configure monitoring for Integration applications &amp; Infrastructure.<br /> o Perform performance tuning of the integration infrastructure<br /> o Provide root cause &amp; problem analysis for P1 &amp; P2 incidents.<br /> o Work with technology vendors such as IBM, Oracle, and VMware for any integration technology specific issues &amp; bugs<br /> o Provide support and work closely with integration application Team &amp; end system’s teams for any production incidents related to the integration interfaces.<br /> o Create in-depth documentation &amp; knowledge base for integration infrastructure systems and applications and frequently update the documentation and knowledge base for new interfaces.<br /> o Adopt current processes, guidelines &amp; policies for application support, monitoring &amp; performance tuning.<br /> o Regularly perform Integration Infrastructure Maintenance for server restarts, server backups, file system cleanups &amp; DR activities.<br /> o Provide support for Integration Infrastructure DR installations, configurations, deployments &amp; tests.</span></p> <p>Akash Singh<br /><br /><span>Phone: +</span>1 (904 240-4265<span>)<br /><br />Akash(dot)singh(at)nlbservices(dot)com</span><br /></p>
